End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Chatap

Please read this End-User License Agreement (EULA) carefully before using Chatap.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Chatap application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

Anonymous Communication

Chatap allows users to communicate anonymously with each other by choosing the gender and age of their conversation partners. Users are solely responsible for their own interactions and messages within the App.

Unacceptable Content and Behavior

The App does not tolerate inappropriate content, harassment, or abusive behavior. Users found engaging in such activities will be subject to immediate banning from the App.

Disclaimer of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" basis, and the use of the App is at your own risk. The App's functionality and availability are not guaranteed. The creator of Chatap shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Use of User Data

By using the App, you agree that the creator of Chatap may collect and use your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. The creator reserves the right to use user data for internal purposes, including but not limited to analytics, improvements, and marketing.

Third-Party Advertising Services

The App may use third-party advertising services, such as Applovin and AdMob or Yandex advertising network. By using the App, you consent to the display of advertisements from these services. The creator of Chatap shall not be responsible for the content or conduct of third-party advertisements.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to the EULA

The creator of Chatap reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the EULA periodically for any changes.
